You will have privacy and dignity, as well as the reassurance that you can keep your personal belongings safe.
The Outdoors
Life at St Martha’s means taking full advantage of our beautiful outdoor space. There is a large landscaped area, a forest walk, a shared garden for activities and visitors, and a visitors’ patio. Every ward has access to secure gardens and you’ll be able to meet our visiting therapeutic horse as well as our own St Martha’s guinea pigs.
Ensuring your safety
Staffing levels and skill mix are planned, implemented and reviewed to keep you safe at all times. All residents have up-to-date risk assessments linked to their care plans. You will also have opportunities to enjoy as much independence as possible in a managed care environment, and to maintain contact with the community.
Exceptional Team
Our staff include mental health and general nurses, GPs from the Swan Medical Group, activities coordinators, senior support and support workers. Together they make up the nurse-led team helping you gain health and make progress.
