St Martha’s Nursing provides superb, personalised nursing care to all our residents, who often require high levels of support for complex needs. You can gain your own level of independence and you’ll revel in our gorgeous setting in 40 acres of New Forest woodland.
Welcome to our lovely grounds, with sweeping lawns and a forest trail. Inside you’ll find bright, spacious rooms, joyful décor and an array of activities that make this a special place. Set on the outskirts of Ringwood in Hampshire, St Martha’s is exceptional.

What will you do at St Martha’s? Enjoy the summer sunshine at a picnic table, feed the guinea pigs or lounge on a comfy sofa with plump cushions and stylish throws? Maybe you’ll be trying Tai Chi, petting a robotic cat or enjoying your favourite pastime at the St Martha’s Harbour café. You’re bound to be tucking into delicious meals … everyone does!

Care at St Martha’s is safe, homely and individual to you, focused on finding ways to solve your problems. You may be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 or with a Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard. Your medical team will adapt to your specific needs.

You may have enduring mental health problems, perhaps with a cognitive impairment such as an early stage of dementia. Our experts are at the forefront of dynamic thinking in mental health care.
Staff treated patients with compassion and kindness, respected their privacy and dignity, and understood the individual needs of patients. They actively involved families and carers in care decisions and patients where possible.
